This incubator requires little to no manual labor, a far cry from styrofoam and others that didn't work. Just bought my second one and the temperature and humidity remain great. Some people complain about this and that, but I know that once I get to their amazing ones, I'll never get another from any other source again. Sometimes people blame the machine for their own mistakes. But you can speak to the company, I'm sure they will fix it. I always check it but I don't need it because it's always Reliant! As I said, I would never buy another one that is better than the GQ cabinet incubator. I don't need them anymore, it's easier, grandkids love them.
