Overall an excellent product in its price range. One mounting plate is VERY loose as it doesn't hold the monitor in place and I can rotate it like a top. (video attached) I want a replacement. This is a five star product with no defective parts. Multiple installation options, durable and reliable. Waiting for an update if a replacement arrives or a workaround is available - or if I'm using monitors and have another problem. UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer and the defective item was quickly replaced. This new device looks good and works very well. Installation was a breeze once I decided on a location. I would recommend three monitors that fit together and don't exceed 27 inches for maximum movement and rotation, but overall I'm very satisfied. If you want to maximize your desktop space and improve your productivity, choose this device. For the price you can't go wrong.
