Of course I had to get used to it at first, both on my knees and on the saddle. I initially kept my nasty "work chair" for the breaks. Customization is missing something. There's an adjustment point that raises and lowers the seat that's coordinated with knee position, but that's about it. I want to move the knee brace down a bit to get more shin on the pad. In addition, the rear wheels are at a strange angle on their rollers, so they don't turn as well as the front wheels, which unfortunately rolls over my "enough work surface". The first stool that arrived had an assembly problem, but of course Amazon took care of it. Overall my posture has improved a lot and I enjoy the mobility of my upper body and don't have to slouch in my chair all day. I like the saddle seat for better pelvic alignment and hamstring support compared to flat kneeling seat chairs, and wheels are a must, even if they're not perfect. I bought this chair on sale for $65, so I'm not complaining, but for those of you who won't be present during the sale, you may want to look a little more for better adjustment, properly working casters, easier assembly, and better price . .
