This is the first shaving brush set I've bought and I'm very happy with it. It seems a bit unnecessary but I feel like it has improved my shaving experience. The soap lathers much better than I expected and I experienced a very close shave and clean feeling. The bar hardly seems any smaller when I first got it and I've used it at least five times; I assume this will continue for quite a while. The scent (sandalwood) was sweeter than I prefer, but I see the same manufacturer has other scents to choose from and I might try one when this bar runs out.
