Probably the best product at a reasonable price. Two problems: it's almost impossible to set this up without calling the company, as others have said. However, they immediately answer the phone and set you up by following their instructions. This is helpful and appreciated. Another question is whether it really works properly. I put it on the swamp and really can't be sure if it will work when needed. The website has "recent activity" which tells me it worked when I submerged it in water prior to installation. Do I get a notification that it's dead and not working? It would be great if you could test it as a smoke alarm push button. Of course I don't know, installed in a pallet with a screw cap. Another thing is that it has to go through the company sending you the text or email. At what point did they decide to stop doing this and leave you without service or now they start charging you for the service. I have a garage door monitor that notifies me via WiFi when the gate is open or closed on my iPhone. I would feel better if the water alarm worked the same way. After all, for the price, it's better than anything and a lot better than nothing.
