Easy Rubber Pad Replacement
On the advice of another commenter here, for my 2 2011 KIA Soul key fobs that had the rubber pads snapped off the release button, I simply removed the rubber piece from the original key fob and the thin plastic frame to wrap the the rubber element was wrapped, the plastic frame cleaned, then the rubber from the new key fob wrapped around it and reinstalled into the original key fob. 2-3 minutes for each bunch of keys.
