I bought this printer in 2009 and it's time to write a review. This little printer has been heavily used. I work from home for several companies and have worked a lot with this little guy. True, it's a dedicated printer and can't fax or copy, but I've never had the slightest problem with it. It does exactly what it was designed to do - print. Paper jams rarely occur when the printer is used properly, and when a paper jam does occur, it is easy to clear. So that the sheets do not get stuck in the printer, there is a separate slot for receiving single sheets, for example when printing labels. You can also use this separate pass-through tray to print on other, thicker sheets. I do stock transfers and occasionally use the certificate drawer, but most of the time the printer accepts certificate paper easily when placed in the main tray and the certificates come out great. I'm using Windows 7 and my computer and printer are connected to a wired network, although I've used the wireless feature and haven't had any problems with it.
