My only comment is they need to improve the packing. My package arrived with obvious damage to both ends (one worse than the other). As a result of this, when we unpacked there was minor damage to three of the shelves' ends. As the damage obviously wouldn't affect the usability and wasn't visible when assembled, I decided to keep it.Lots of compliments on it already; a friend liked it so much she ordered one as well. I may need to get a second shelving unit. If I do, I would order again. The price is fair and the quality overall is really good.
