Review on Airand Waterproof Linkable Lighting Electric by Alfred Friedrich

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pretty but missing some useful things

Brightness is amazing, light weight, turns on without too much trouble. The problem is that the cable is too short for something that needs to be mounted high. I didn't pay attention to reviews and questions. Assume it must have been at least 6 feet long if the mounting height is listed as 6 to 12 feet. It turns out to be a 3 foot cord with a switch in the middle. This means it must be used with an extension cord or connected directly to another cord. Another problem is that it has no attachment points. The back is made of smooth plastic, there is no room to screw in screws, and tape or clamps are required for installation. I'll probably do my own 3D printing at some point, but for the price I expected it can at least be handled. The $10 light bar I bought for my kitchen solved two problems. It included a 10-foot USB cable and a light-mounting strap. Also included are additional screws for rigid attachment.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Easy to maintain
