Revainrating 3 out of 5

Probably the best value for money from this brand but needs a lot of improvement

I have owned/been this watch for about 2 weeks and I have had another amazfit watch, this is probably the best value for money -Ratio and quality for this brand. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement with this watch. - This sleep tracking proved to be only marginally accurate. In any case, compared to reality, it was off for up to 2 hours. - The SP02 display cannot be set to automatic. This must be done manually each time. This is very finicky and usually takes several tries with no read errors. When he testifies, he's very specific, but getting it is annoying. - "Raise to Wake" function is very "hit and miss". If you don't stand up and make a full movement with your arm, it won't "wake up". I haven't gotten it to work when I'm in a seated position yet. - "Practice Mode" when walking is extremely inaccurate. (I haven't checked the others) I have a regular route that I walk every day that is 1.2 miles long. The clock changes each time depending on the distance, reading from 0.5 to 0.87 miles. This tells me that the GPS function is having problems. DO NOT believe the claimed battery life of this watch! Unless you turn off EVERYTHING you can, the best battery life is 3 full and partially 4 days/nights on a single charge. The charging of this watch is really strange. When charging almost from zero, it will be fully charged much faster than when charging over 50%. From scratch, it is calculated in the time the company takes. But at 50% or more, it takes more than 3 hours to charge to 100%! - "Auto brightness" needs improvement. When auto mode is selected, the brightness levels are too low for comfortable viewing in all lighting conditions. especially outside. I had to disable auto-brightness and just accept the extra battery drain. Now the good things. - Build quality is good. - Convenient to wear - The heart rate monitor is accurate and automatic. - The SP02 is accurate, although the fact that it only works by hand and usually takes multiple tries to get a reading is annoying. Conclusion: For its price, the watch is quite normal. In my rating there are significantly more negative points than positive points. I'm just not one to accept anything less than advertised claims for any product. Too often people take this attitude. "What do you expect for the price?" Those who hold this position are directly responsible for how things are today. too lazy to lift a finger and demand that the product live up to advertising claims, so companies get away with false advertising and outright lies, and the situation only gets worse.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • weak
