Great at first but fizzled out quickly
When we first got it it was fantastic. The waffles were always perfectly cooked. However, in recent months it has become nothing more than a huge waste of space on our kitchen counter. For some reason it no longer maintains a constant temperature, so one waffle is perfect and the next a congealed mush. I contacted All-Clad to see if they would do anything about it, but their response was basically "sorry for your luck". We have a $30 Cuisinart heart-shaped waffle maker that has worked better and more consistently so far. Save an extra $130 and buy something else.
