Poor design and quality control
This towel rail wobbled and dangled after assembly. I saw that the countersinks were the problem as the 4 bolts for the bottom post were too deep. I used 4 small washers wider than the dimples to keep the bolts from going too deep and that fixed the problem. I would have thought someone at the production quality control station would have found and corrected this flaw in the design. I was dissatisfied with having to add parts to make something serviceable!
