I bought a pair of these gloves to ski in Colorado. The temperature was in the mid 20's. Our fingers froze very quickly. Before we went skiing the next day, we bought ski gloves at a local ski shop. They were able to help us buy gloves and mittens to keep our hands/fingers warm. If you're going to be out in the cold for a very long time and want to keep your hands warm, I would suggest investing in something else. I bought the gloves from Aldi for less than $10 and would say they are on par with these in quality, warmth and comfort. If you're only going to use them at low temperatures for a short time, that's fine, but I wouldn't waste £30-40.00.
