I like that we can use it in house as well as out of house, they support us very quickly when needed which makes me happy. They are also great at helping to identify where training could be improved/enhanced with their help. Their pricing structure is the most competitive around, however, there seems to be some confusion about exactly what you pay per user / month for. This becomes complicated if you have large groups who all need different types of functionality (this was our problem). We've been able to get rid of paper documentation, so now everyone's up-to-date across multiple sites, and everyone has access to more information than ever before.
