On October 9, 2019 we purchased a WeekStar Digital high precision pocket sizer with an accuracy of 0.01 for our son's science fair project. It worked very reliably for a 5 day pilot in October. We started using it once a day to collect data over Thanksgiving weekend. By early December it was no longer calibrating properly/consistently and the numbers jumped anywhere from 5 to 9. We also couldn't find its hard reset button. Now his science fair project was in a terrible state and we were very concerned. The tool is guaranteed for one year, but the return period has expired. It was not possible to order another pH meter and restart the science project with a pilot project because the project report had to be submitted before the winter break. So we took the chance and contacted the seller to see what could be done about it. Thank you Wynn - he sent us a replacement free of charge! Came quickly, worked perfectly with stable readings throughout the experiment. Loved the customer service! But the reliability of the device. is a possible topic for scientific experiments next year ;-)
