Review on 🥄 Vollrath 4 oz. Stainless Steel Scoop by Philip Russell

Obviously I've been lucky enough to get an authentic Vollrath shovel and I really like it. I've been using it for several months now. We recently got a freezer and it freezes everything, including ice cream, in solid form. So when the ice comes out, it's usually very difficult to get a good spoon. But with this spoon, it turns out very nice, and when the ice cream is a little softer than a hard rock, it comes out on the perfectly round spoon. Definitely Instagram-worthy! It is durable and very easy to use. It cleans very easily and I haven't seen any signs of rust despite some moving parts. I will be ordering another size or two to use for smaller ice cream scoops or to make perfect sized cookie dough scoops. Buy +.
