I like that this software is easy to use and has all of the features we need to run our business. They have great customer support. This is a great tool for us to keep track of our leads, follow up with them via email or phone call, and even schedule meetings with them. It's also very effective at generating interest in our products. There are some minor features that could be improved upon but it's a great service overall. We are able to utilize the software to increase our lead volume and improve our sales process as well.
