Then I turned off autofocus in the settings and the camera began to live longer, but not more than an hour. After some time, the parents have a similar problem, only this camera dies completely in them after a few days and I write to microsoft technical support with requests to explain what I did wrong (unfortunately I didn’t save the receipts from the store) To my requests to fix MS, they asked me to send a photo of the camera and the box, I naturally sent everything l. I was additionally asked for my mailing address and they sent me a new camera, absolutely free of charge. I was very surprised and happy at the same time. I think MS probably did some work on the bugs and released a ready-made product that will live happily ever after) But how wrong I was, exactly the same story repeated itself. So my parents had to take a webcam from another well-known brand, and these 3 cameras are lying around like a dead weight with me. Just 10 thousand down the drain.
