helped with my plantar fasciitis

be sure to google youtube videos for proper instructions on how to use it on each body part. I saved this table so when I wake up I can stretch my leg and work out before I get up. It's efficient and strong and really works. While working with the fascia can be uncomfortable, the results were helpful and helped me get rid of the pain and nerve swelling associated with it.
