The clothes rack arrived well packaged. Every piece was individually packed and labeled, including all the different screws. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I personally opted out to just follow the video on Revain and used my electric screwdriver, which made the assembly process pretty easy and quick (15-20 min). The finished clothes rack looks just as pictured and is sturdy. It can fit quite a good amount of clothes, since you can also use the side bars. You'll also be able to store some other small items and shoes using the shelves. If you plan to keep the clothes rack tight against the wall though, you won't be able to use conventional hangers and will need to use hangers with rotating hooks. You'll basically need to hang the clothes facing you and not sideways (see picture for reference). Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase.
