I can confirm it's stainless steel (did a magnet test). Well done.

I can confirm it is stainless steel (checked with a magnet). The stainless steel strap is strong and doesn't bend easily (which is good), the rubber adheres well to the stainless steel strap. It would be better if there were washers fitted to the ends, as is the case with HarbourFreight (they are steel and this one is stainless steel so this may not be possible).
