Review on 📚 Sauder Clifford Place Library Base with Beautiful Grand Walnut Finish by Lauren Parker

This is perfect for what I need. It was easy to put together, although I had a bit of trouble getting the doors together properly. I assembled it myself, but perhaps it would be easier for the doors if another person stabilized each door by correctly inserting them into the hinge brackets. It looks very nice, as in the picture on the internet and on the packaging. (I was so glad there were good sizes on the Revain website; it made it a lot easier to decide what would fit where I needed it!) It was packaged very well and securely, even with the bumper corner protectors included, and came in great condition. I particularly like that the legs are high enough that I can still control the ventilation, which partially covers them (where I had to place them). I'm going to get a deflector for the ventilation so the air is directed into the room and not blown onto the base unit. ) I have other Sauder furniture and I love them all and they all come with easy to follow instructions. Another great thing I love about Sauder furniture (table, bookshelf, this base, etc.) is that all of the screw and cam holes are precisely pre-drilled, even the length of the holes! Everything fits well! These are heavy parts so I would recommend having another person to help at certain stages if needed. (I also bought the tall storage cabinet from Sauder, which I'm waiting for someone else to help me with, especially as it's taller than me and certainly weighs at least twice as much as this plain library cabinet (about 80 pounds). , so far as I remember) which I am now writing about. Also, I definitely need help to put the larger cabinet back in place after assembly.) My Sauder products have served me well for many years. The finish is very nice on each and they go well together. Very rarely, if there are any scratches from excessive wear, a furniture marker in the color of your item (walnut in my case) will paint lightly over it and blend in so that they are not visible. (A lightly rubbed dab of Old English Scratch Cover on a scratch can also work.) However, I very rarely see scratches. Overall this is a great product as are all Sauder products I own. !
