This amplifier was installed in a 42ft x 180ft solid metal building with no reception. Inside is a metal partition that separates 30 feet of the building from the rest. to wall, floor to ceiling with pallet racking and inventory. Outside the building, AT&T signal strength is typically 2 to 3 bars. I installed both "internal antennas" that came with the amp, one in each separate room. "external antenna" was installed about 15 feet up in the direction of the AT&T reported antenna. Now I have 3 bars of stable signal strength on my phone anywhere in the building. Installation was very easy and only took about an hour. Support answered all of my questions excellently answered before I bought the booster. I hope to list all the specific details of my situation so that others can get a better idea of how this booster performs. I warmly recommend this booster to other rs that I know have have reception problems at their locations.
