The best decision I've ever made!

We needed something to help my mother-in-law with her cellular connection at her barndominium. Metal walls and the country life made it almost impossible to use phones indoors. I have AT&T and my husband and his mom have Verizon as our carriers and we both went from no cell service to maybe 1 bar if you stood by the window. After reading some of the reviews about this product I was given hope. When I received the product I tested it with the antenna near the window and only got 2 strips after a

Great signal boost in a metal building that previously had no signal.

This amplifier was installed in a 42ft x 180ft solid metal building with no reception. Inside is a metal partition that separates 30 feet of the building from the rest. to wall, floor to ceiling with pallet racking and inventory. Outside the building, AT&T signal strength is typically 2 to 3 bars. I installed both "internal antennas" that came with the amp, one in each separate room. "external antenna" was installed about 15 feet up in the direction of the AT&T reported antenna. Now I have 3…

Reliable Signal Boost with Excellent Coverage

I've experimented with signal boost both at home and off the beaten path, mainly because it's usually very expensive to use a hotspot all the time! Even at home, I encounter signal problems in different parts of the house. To be fair, I don't need a double booster setup, whether at home or outdoors, but it does allow me to leave one at home and take the other with me once I quickly remove it from outside my home. Window. Note... This is not an everyday article. It's very difficult to take off…

Wow! Moved from bar 1 to bar 4!

We got our device today and tried to connect. The Signal Supervisor app wouldn't let me register our account because I didn't receive the security code sent via SMS. I ended up calling support and the very helpful lady who answered the call (yes, real person) told me to uninstall the app, reinstall it and try again. Also, she said if that doesn't work, I can sign up through the website. The app still didn't send me a code so I went online and signed up via email. It worked and when I went back…

Very happy with this purchase!

Here's what I did: I have a Google Pixel 4XL phone. Before setting anything I went to Settings > About Phone > Sim Status, this gave me the actual signal being received by my phone. I walked around my house and stopped in several places until I found the best signal. I had -95. I installed an outside antenna at the end of the house where I had the best signal. He sent an outside antenna to the nearest tower. (I could see the mast lights at night) I routed the cable from the outside…

Actually works better than I expected so I highly recommend it!

We don't have cable internet on our farm and rely on hotspots. So a few years ago I got a cell phone signal booster that increased my download speed from an average of 12 Mbps to 20 Mbps. Since some of the towers have recently switched to 5G, I was wondering if I could get even faster downloads if I could get a more modern amp that would support those signals. Description that it was 5G FCC approved so I asked it to try. Wow, I'm absolutely amazed at how easily switching to a newer amp can…

Provides the oomph and performance you need

When I moved to a small town on the Maine coast, I was told I had unstable cellular service or a weak signal would have. Not only was that true, but it got worse when my carrier changed my service (they were replaced with another one) and my signal got even worse. I had bad signal, 2 lanes at best outside and fell to 1 lane in the living room. and then a random 1 bar in most other rooms and nothing in the basement. For its part, the carrier has tried the "signal boost" system, whatever that…
