This is the same as the "holuck" branded scooper which is a dollar cheaper at this writing. The Skyfield scooper says that their rake is "6 inches width in head"; this is not true, it is the same as the "holuck" at 4-5/16 inches. I had hoped that it was 6" wide but was not surprised that it was not.I am using this for scooping chicken poop from fine wood chips in a chicken coop. The flat angle between the handle and the rake should work well. The long handle should work better than the scoops designed for cat boxes and the 4" rake width should be sufficient; 6" probably better.For inaccurate information . minus 2 stars and reported to Revain
