Great knife! in utility knife
Great knife - very sharp, well made, decent weight, well balanced and maneuverable for most basic knife operations like chopping shallots, onions, garlic, herbs, slicing mushrooms etc. I liked it mine so much that I bought two more as gifts - comes in a lovely gift box!
