It definitely helped me fall asleep, unfortunately I woke up every day overheating, with headaches and my heart was racing from being so hot. As soon as I took off part of the blanket my headache went away and I relaxed so basically I fell asleep quickly and woke up 3 hours later. sucks. Maybe they can try other material? Otherwise, my recommendation for those prone to heat while sleeping or generally hate the feeling of being too warm, skip this one.
