Bought at Walmart for about $1 less. I use it in a 3 gallon Top Fin Indulge tank, without the lid of course. The remote is nice and I like the color choice, but it's not bright enough for everyday use. At the highest setting, the light appears rather subdued in a room with average daylight. Currently I only use my aquarium for ghost shrimp, but I also have a few small living plants. Light is clearly not enough for living plants. This light comes in handy for cleaning the tank as I can't access it due to the included LED hood mounted on the tank.
