This is the second coat I have bought for my wife. They are light (in weight) but heavy in heat! These are the best winter coats we've ever had (on those cold, sunny days). They're not bad when it rains, but they're exceptionally warm. I pulled on an overcoat and a t-shirt to walk the dog on an incredibly cold New England winter night, and I was warm.
