The ease of use, customization options available in this tool are unmatched! There's no way I'd ever go back to traditional spreadsheets for Project Management again!! You can create your own customizations as well. It could always be made more user friendly when it comes to creating new fields (Custom Fields) but that would require some coding changes which I'm not sure we have access too at this point. Also, there should definitely be an option to share projects with other team members who aren't part of my organization or even internal users without having to request approval from another manager before they're able to see what you've been working on so far. This feature has only recently become possible now after our implementation. But still worth mentioning since its really helpful once implemented. Time tracking across multiple departments within one office/company using different tools was difficult until we started implementing timework into TImewax.
