I do not recommend using this as a regular food source for your pet, but I have to say it sounds delicious to my pets. I have 5 dogs ranging from a 3 lb teacup poodle to a 150 lb French Mastiff. I mix 1 of these with 2 large scoops of dry food, then add a cup of hot water and stir until the chunks are gone and well blended. I bring some pets to work every morning and if they don't have anything on their stomachs, they sometimes vomit later in the day. This prompted her to eat breakfast. I feed them about 1 hour before departure. My dogs get Blue as their main diet. Too much soft food is bad for your teeth, so you can enjoy a delicious treat along with healthy food. If you use this, also give them medication. When I don't need any of that, I just fold the bag up, remove as much air as possible, put the elastic over the rest and put it in the fridge. Much easier to use than a jar!
