Glad I bought this pillow over other pregnancy pillows. I had to teach myself to sleep on my side and it helped. I usually sleep on my stomach and it took me a few days to get used to sleeping on my side. I appreciate that this pillow is filled with shredded memory foam and not fiberfill. It's strong enough not to sag all night. I'm 5ft 4" and the pillow is long enough to fit a hand between both knees. My only criticism of the pillow is the U-shaped seam that sits under your neck. I wish it was a bit higher because my head is forced to sleep lower on the pillow which sometimes causes neck pain. I didn't think I'd like the "velvety" feel of the cover but I really don't mind and it doesn't get too hot at night. I am overall very happy with this purchase and find the quality to be excellent for the price.
