I like the way they connect with you during their onboarding phase of your new hire. They made all processes very simple for me when first getting my 3rd employee onboarded into our team. Even though there are many things about this company we love, I do wish that it was more interactive in that one needs to be reachable to them after initial meetings or phone-calls - and not just drop off the radar just because someone else became busy. Not much but everything's ok! Great people who will help guide you through. We have had success using coit as an employment resource for our agency clients as well as direct hiring candidates for permanent roles within our office. I used to work in this organization for about three years as an administrative staff member. The office was very professional even though it had some of our most senior executives working there. This made me feel comfortable with them throughout my tenure at their firm. They have been great! Nothing really came up during those 3 yrs but they are always willing to listen if you do encounter any issues or concerns along your way.
