It's going to be VERY hot. in Terrarium Heat Lamps & Mats

Overall I think it works well. I bought this to use with our new bearded dragon and as it claims to have both UVA and B I decided to use it. After 2 weeks it is still working perfectly. If you have a lid in your terrarium, the clip is useless and makes access through the mouth difficult. Also, it gets VERY hot. Once I smelled a burning smell and it was a lamp melting the paint on the terrarium. Just be careful where you place it. It generates a decent amount of heat, but I'm not sure if it actually generates UVA&B as claimed.
