Like, sits loose on car, reflective. and it has velcro straps to tighten it if you want it to be windproof. Keep the dust away from the rain and it's much easier to install because it's freer. I suspect it won't stay as good as rain x strong winds. But I use it in carports and garages to keep the dust out. it looks like a fitted sheet with a shiny side. The rain cover says not to leave a coating on for long so I ended up using this one because it's looser and doesn't pull paint all the time and it's more comfortable too. It's faster to open it to get something out of the car. and therefore more likely to be used at all.
