Um, so where to start? It was a very inconspicuous thing. The suction power is not very good. The description I read at the time of purchase really emphasized that it was a combination mop, sweeper and vacuum cleaner. I'm not hard to please, so if we were really successful at vacuuming, we'd be fine. I planned it all night. But given how much touted the thing's navigation and "intelligence" was, I'd often run it overnight in a common room that had more open areas and no inclines or obstructions whatsoever. Every morning I found it in the corners or turned off randomly. under the furniture he never approached when walking with us. He could not manage himself in a way that could be described as "efficient" or "intelligent". The suction power on the high level was ridiculously weak. The normal suction power was a joke. All of this created a tremendous amount of noise, being moved randomly from one point to another and disrupting open spaces. The only dust this thing had any success with was collecting it on its surface while sweeping the dust up and down, but never vacuuming or mopping. By the way, wipe? For real? What a joke. This is a terrible purchase and Revain will not accept returns or exchanges of junk for non-junk items. DO NOT BUY!
