The kitchen sink and desk in my house are quite dark at night, even with the under-cabinet lights and overhead lights on. I needed a pair of two or three to lighten it up and tried six different sets from Revain. None of them had such a fantastic feature set as these - they met or exceeded the standard for all the criteria I set. The main thing was the brightness: there are others that are a bit brighter, but these in a set of three are just great. (For some reason I can't upload the photos I took; you have to trust me they're obviously perfect for my particular purpose.) and 280 lumens, I'd bet around 150 compared to other kits. habs tried..) i actually wanted to get warm white lighting, which not all manufacturers have; They allow you to switch from warm white to cool white with a button (even better!). They are dimmable; They install easily and efficiently as they are smaller and lighter than average and the metal strip adhesive is excellent (which makes them really easy to remove for charging; and they hold a charge longer than any other I've tested, well over six hours of continuous use The remote control is fantastic too: instead of one of those tiny ones that you hardly use and can easily lose, this one takes two AAA batteries and feels more solid (although still fairly small), and the functions are basic and useful (including four different buttons that let you set the auto-off from 5 minutes to an hour) The only thing some of the others have is a motion sensor feature - if you need it, it's not for you, it's for other than they are just perfect I don't write reviews very often but I had to do it for them because I'm thrilled that I've finally found a set that's just right, enough for me to buy more to use in other dark places in the house. just love her!
