Ok this is a really nice knife and could be a good decorative knife. Amd, that's all. I've used this new knife and only cut soft stuff like eggs and bread. And the edge is blunt. I sharpen it. Uses it again and again bloody boring!. This is not a real knife, just a decrote. Definitely not a professional knife

This Damascus fixed blade knife, meat knife, tomato knife, tomato knife, onion slicer, onion slicer needs to be hand washed with clean water, not dishwasher safe, as it may affect the effectiveness of the knife.
