The assembly was very easy and all the parts fit perfectly. We have chosen not to use it for its intended purpose. Our older cat, who likes to sleep with us, has a hard time climbing onto our loft bed. It looks like it would make a good stepladder. Lots of steps for pets to climb onto the bed protrude further from the bed than we would like. The photos show the packaging thanks to which the table was delivered in perfect condition. There is also a photo of the table in the form in which I assembled it. Wide shelves from bottom to top give the cat the opportunity to use them as stairs to get into bed. Finally, there is a photo from above showing the 11-ply composition of the plywood. The stand, whether for its intended purpose or to make life easier for the cat, is strong and sturdy. It doesn't squirm when you add weight and is heavy enough not to move during use.
