Microlith Electronics

Kubrick once made a film about the mystery of a featureless object that can appear anywhere, anytime in iterations of precise dimensions and variable size. Like the Monolith, iterations of the FD eXtreme line are heirlooms. from the time. This makes sense and is necessary, because our intentions for new technologies are always forward-looking. To stay current, every piece of tech we buy has to be not just "futuristic" but actually *from the future*. The Mini has a sci-fi feel and plays at a level that is not yet normal. Its data transfer speed is surreal, and like the other eXtreme drive I use, I have no complaints about its reliability, usefulness, or use. The device fits 4 TB into a lighter pocket device. FD is confident enough to offer the Mini with a 5 year warranty instead of the usual 3 years. I plan to use this drive for at least 5 years and hopefully much longer. I think it will be a very, very long time before this device looks old...
