Hey surprise, it's soft! I liked this color. This is a mid-range silver and it looks classy. I wore it with a muted taupe dress with a slight metallic sheen in the fabric. It was a nice accent. Its length is enough to wrap it over your shoulders while hanging down a bit. I will buy it in a different color if I need a cape for a good occasion.
