I'm not crazy about the ingredients but costume makeup can't be that perfect I guess. This particular set appears to be of a much higher quality than what you can buy at a drugstore or Halloween store - so that's nice! The first thing I did when I opened it was sniff it. Surprisingly there was no smell. This is refreshing as some Halloween cosmetics smell pretty toxic. This stuff seems to be of really high quality as it seems like very little really makes a lot. It has great coverage and can be defined very well - you can also just smooth it out and blend it out a bit for even but light coverage. Compared to drugstore Halloween makeup, this thing is amazing! I'm a HUGE Halloween makeup fanatic - for example, I do my best and even help others with their makeup, so this set is right up my alley. The only downside I have is that it is oil based. So if you're looking for something to help you eat, drink, dance, or rub your collar or hat a lot, this probably won't work at all. Personally, I've become very accustomed to eating sparingly or drinking through a reusable straw to keep my time-wasting makeup on for a night of fun. But this thing gets dirty VERY easily - you can't touch it with anything or it will deteriorate. So I don't know how much use I will get from them because they are very dirty when touched. However, it was easy to wash off - I just used my regular detergent - and washed twice. It's fine, but be careful if you use it on the hairline - since it's oil-based, it's a little harder to wash off there. If you found my review helpful, just click the Helpful button.
