As a DIY enthusiast I like tools that work and are reasonably priced. This TECCPO is neither. I couldn't use the level until I was outside the return window, otherwise I would have. When I was able to use the level, it didn't work as I expected. There were a few laser level features that didn't work and the instructions were less than helpful in figuring out how to get them working. Good1. The green laser is bright and easily visible indoors and outdoors.2. The laser easily switches from self-leveling to locked position.3. The magnets on the included L bracket are strong and hold the scale securely. Bad1. There are only five (5) pages of instructions for the laser level, and two (2) of those pages contain warnings about the safe use of the laser level.2. It was not possible to switch between horizontal line, vertical line and cross line. The level is only turned on in line crossing mode and cannot be changed.3. In the locked position of the laser, the power switch turns the level on and off, when you switch to the unlocked or self-leveling position of the laser, the power turns on automatically and the power switch only changes the brightness/thickness of the laser beam.4. The self-leveling function has a very narrow range. In addition to this article on Revain, it is listed as a POPOMAN level, but the one I have is TECCPO. I don't know if it was the same company that was bought by another, or if they are two different companies. Everything else about the device matches the photos in the ad.
