The best thing I like about this program is it allows me to apply for several jobs at once that have similar descriptions, qualifications and pay ranges - making my job easier! There are other features that you don't even know you need unless you've used them before (e.g. a screen that shows your resume/CV as well as what jobs you've applied to). However there aren't very many new features that come out often and you may not actually use some of these newer options, so you may be left disappointed if something comes out after you sign up but isn't offered upon first launch. It can help with finding jobs when you're in a tight spot or when you're looking to get back into the workforce. This program helps you see where there are openings for companies who want to fill positions quickly, as opposed to waiting months without getting much traction for your resume. I like how easy it is to use and how it allows you to search for a candidate by their email, phone, or name. I don't like how it doesn't allow you to search by their resume. I also don't like how it doesn't allow you to search by their previous employer. I would recommend using this software if you are looking for a candidate who has experience in the same field as you. I am using this to find candidates who have experience in the same fields as I do.
