I LOVE this surge protector power strip. I needed a flat extension that would fit under my sofa with the cords attached. Also, every power supply I tried only had room to plug into one different outlet, so an 8-outlet power strip allowed you to plug in 4 or even 5 pieces. Maximum, and that was with a constant game of Tetris trying to figure out how to match them all. NOW IT'S POWERED: With these 8 outlets, there's enough space for ALL my devices on a fairly small, lightweight power strip. Not to mention the extra USB jacks that I plug my phone cords into without even needing a plug. Many of my other devices also have USB power cords that detach from the outlet so you can connect power without a plug. I currently have two USB jacks for phones, a large power adapter for a baby monitor, a large power adapter for a portable scanner (which also has the ability to unplug the USB from the stylus and use it in the USB port), one on the side Power supply Power adapter for the diffuser and a power adapter for the Macbook Pro. And there are 4 more open power connectors - even for a large power supply, at least 2 more will fit the 6 devices I've already connected! Check out my pictures of connected devices and how easy it fits under my couch! In the short time I've been using this surge protector (5.5 months) we've had two power outages and I've had no problems with devices. who were connected at the time. Plus, this power strip glows bright green when it's on, so you know it's working. It also turned out to be a great night light in my living room for those nights when someone needs to go to the kitchen. The power strip can also be easily turned off with a switch when not in use should you wish to turn it off at night. PRICE: I did a lot of research on needs, quality and prices. It certainly had the best reviews for quality and needs, and the price turned out to be the best in this category if you could even find a comparable surge protector that has all the qualities that this one has. RECOMMENDATION: At $25, this isn't the cheapest power strip you can get. If you only need an extension cord get something else, if you only need surge protectors for a few devices get something else, but if you have a typical household with phones and a few other devices that you use regularly or even with inserting it breaks. , it is the best price for needs, quality and price.
