Best sponge we have used so far

We ordered them because they had the typical white, yellow, neon green or toy blue face pinks!) The sponge can be found almost anywhere without The packaging is disgusting ( for us) and keeps getting worse. All of them are easy to color. So now you have this mess that looks like a kindergarten toy covered in brown, red, and blue stains of pigmented food. Add to that the gray-black stains when you use a sponge around a sink on metal, and we just hated looking at our sinks. We looked everywhere for black or rather dark gray sponges. They were as close as we could get. They are amazing. We've used them on cookware before (including blueberry and tomato stains, which are notoriously difficult to remove β€” even blackened veggies from our nonstick pans). These sponges are fully washable no matter what you throw at them. Added bonus: the material they are made of will NOT stick to water when rinsed and wrung out, unlike cellulose sponges (which get musty and moldy if left wet). ). These sponges dry very quickly. Also, their material is slightly abrasive, but they won't scratch non-stick surfaces (at least not ours) and won't scratch polished stainless steel. only 3 mm thick). There is room for improvement here: The manufacturer could replace the plastic with another material (plant fiber?) to protect the sponges. But the performance is outstanding. And they don't look disgusting. A decent muted tan and black sits dry on our sponge rack awaiting the next job and we're sure these sponge tanks will more than suffice. (We even used them to clean a painted backdrop in our kitchen with soap powder. Both the backdrop and the wrung-out sponge were spotless.) This brand has earned its place on our DIY list.
