The integration with Freshdesk helps me monitor my staff's attendance, time spent in each station as well as manage them remotely. I can also track orders taken from customers through an internal system called Rokbox that uses QR codes. It would be great if they added more integrations for other platforms such as Salesforce or Paypal so we could do invoicing via those instead of using FreshDesk. We use it to keep our employees paid weekly by sending out automated paychecks as well as send alerts when there are any changes made to existing bills.
