I had previously bought a refurbished iPad and it looked like new, no scratches, no dents, everything worked great. I decided to buy another iPad for my daughter and it had a deep scratch on the screen, I returned it and then placed a second order. The second iPad had deep scratches and sticker residue on the back, but the front screen looked fine. It's hit or miss. I don't have time to send the goods back and forth. Roll the dice with these iPads. They will be refurbished by the SELLER, definitely not factory refurbished, which will likely be of a higher standard.
