No control over remote controls and accessories
Our current remote control had problems, mainly ears and tears; Buttons not visible due to usage/overuse. I bought a replacement, this particular remote, and it takes several attempts to change channels, up/down, other settings. You have to be right in front of the TV and almost kiss it for the remote to work properly. There are problems there too. This is definitely not user error. What's happening?
