oh my god. Let me tell you about these gems. They are durable for the job. I'm a union pipe fitter and I've been through a lot of gloves. These seem to be a decent length to me. I use them for grinding, stick welding, TIG welding, I use these baddies for all of that. Sturdy in the heat but still good enough to move your hands and grip nuts and bolts.
